¾ cup boiled mixed sprouts chickpeas

¼ cup chopped cilantro

¼ cup grated radish

¼ cup finely chopped fenugreek leaves

2 cups mixed chopped fruits (orange, papaya, melon, grapes, etc.)

¼ cup cooked whole wheat pasta

½ cup chopped carrots, blanched

1 spring onion, chopped

200 g blackberries

200 g strawberries- sliced

100 g cranberries

Burnt Corn Salad


1 Sweet corn karnel

1 white onion, sliced

1 pepper, sliced

1 tomato, sliced

Salt to taste
